Vegetarian Cooking Classes
Who says Vegetarian food has to be bland and boring?
Do you want to learn how to cook healthier meals?
Rasa invites you into her kitchen to share with you the secrets of Simply Delicious vegetarian cooking during these small, personal cooking classes. Starting with a walk through the ashram’s vegetable garden, you will discover the value of fresh, organic ingredients as they come together into a fantastic meal. Learn how to prepare a complete, wholesome, healthy vegetarian meal with recipes that will last you a lifetime.
For our first lesson, we will learn how to make a hearty and flavorful lentil soup and Rasa’s famous salad that you won’t want to miss. At the end of our class we will enjoy tasting our creations and finish the day sipping on freshly prepared herbal tea with honey harvested right from the ashram’s bees. This is truly a garden-to-table meal, Yogic style.
Cost: $60 per person, 5 person limit so sign up early!
