Sampoorna Hatha Yoga Classes
At Yogi Hari’s Ashram, we invite you to experience Sampoorna Hatha Yoga during our weekend Hatha Yoga classes for all levels of students, from beginners to advanced. You will learn how to relax, strengthen and realign your body, gain control over your emotions, increase the power of concentration and uplift your mind. Each class includes breathing exercises, strengthening exercises, Hatha Yoga postures and relaxation techniques.
Classes are open to the public. As with any class, you can go at your own pace pushing yourself but staying within your own limits. You will get the most benefit from Yoga if you practice on a regular basis.
Weekly Open Class
During an Open Class, your instructor will cater to all levels of students. This class is open to both beginners as well as more advanced students.
In-person: Saturday @ 8:30 – 10:00am
- Face mask required when not on the mat. All classes held outdoors, rain or shine. Bring your own Yoga mat, water, comfortable clothes, and be prepared for the weather.
Online: Sunday @ 8:30 – 10:00am
- Classes held using Zoom.

What to Bring
For in-person classes, please bring a face mask, Yoga mat or towel, drinking water, comfortable clothes and no perfumes.
For online classes, please have your Yoga mat positioned in front of your camera so that your whole body can be seen when standing in Tadasana – Mountain Pose.
Private Yoga Classes
Work one-on-one with a Yoga Alliance certified instructor to experience Sampoorna Yoga and to improve at your practice. Each one-hour session includes breathing exercises, strengthening and warming-up exercises, Yoga postures, and final relaxation. The cost is $50 per per person per session and can be scheduled according to your availability.
Classes are taught by experienced senior Sampoorna Yoga teachers.
