Yoga Classes for Seniors


At Yogi Hari’s Ashram, we are offering a new Seniors Class, a restorative session for students 55+ who would like to focus on increasing their general well-being and health. 

Join us every Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m


Would you like to: 

  • Relax and strengthen your body in a gentle way? 
  • Focus and calm your mind? 
  • Share your experience with other like-minded people? 


What to expect: 

  • A gentle, guided class by experienced, certified Yoga Teachers 
  • Strengthening exercises and Yoga postures adapted to each student’s conditions
  • Breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to increase your energy
  • A safe environment to gain more strength, flexibility, and joy
  • An opportunity to improve your power of concentration 
  • Learn how to consciously manage stress, pain, and physical limitations
  • Small class sizes for individual support from your instructor
