Weekly Sampoorna Hatha Yoga Classes

At Yogi Hari’s Ashram, we offer weekly Hatha Yoga classes for all levels of students, from beginners to advanced. You will learn how to relax, strengthen and realign your body, gain control over your emotions, increase the power of concentration and uplift your mind. Each class includes breathing exercises, strengthening exercises, Hatha Yoga postures and relaxation techniques.

All classes are open to the public. As with any class, you can go at your own pace pushing yourself but staying within your own limits. You will get the most benefit from Yoga if you practice more than once a week. Try come to as many classes during the week as you can manage to experience the positive effect of the practice.


Beginners Classes

  • Monday 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 

During this class, your instructor will provide step-by-step instructions guiding you through each part of a Sampoorna Hatha Yoga class. This session is perfect for students who have never done Yoga before or who are just starting out with their practice. Your instructor will also give variations for different levels of students. 

We will break the beginner’s class down into sections over the course of a month. Each week, you gain a little more understanding and by the end of a month, you will be able to go through a full Sampoorna Hatha Yoga class.  


Open Classes

  • Tuesday & Thursday 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  • Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

During an Open Class, your instructor will cater to all levels of students. Prior practice of Yoga is recommended. We suggest starting out with the Beginners class and then joining the Open Classes once you are more familiar and comfortable with the practice.



1 class for $15, 5 classes for $60, 15 classes for $150  

You can pay with cash or credit card when you come for class.

  • 5-class passes must be used within 1 month of purchase.
  • 15-class passes must be used within 2 months of purchase. 


What to Bring

Please bring a Yoga mat or towel, comfortable clothes and no perfumes.

Classes are taught by experienced senior Sampoorna Yoga teachers.

Teaching Schedule: 






Rasa Haldeman – RYT 500-hour certified

Beginners – Monday 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Open Class – Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-8:00 p.m.




Lina Villagarcia – RYT 200-hour certified

Open Class – Saturday 8:00-9:30 a.m.


Please note that during Teacher Training Courses at the ashram, we will not hold  evening Yoga classes during the week. You are still welcome to attend our Saturday morning Open Class. 


Mountain Pose in a Sampoorna Hatha Yoga class

A typical Hatha Yoga class includes postures that improve balance such as the Mountain Pose.
