Yoga Classes and Meditation at Yogi Hari’s Ashram


At Yogi Hari’s Ashram, you will learn authentic, traditional Yoga giving you good health and peace of mind. 

Join us for a Sampoorna Hatha Yoga class every weekend. These 90-minute classes are open to all levels of students and incorporate breathing exercises, strengthening exercises, Yoga postures, and final relaxation. 

On Sunday evenings, Satsang is open to the public where you will learn about meditation, be introduced to Mantra chanting, and enjoy an inspiring lecture by Shri Yogi Hari on Yoga philosophy.
