Sampoorna Hatha Yoga Classes

Walk-in's welcome of all levels and abilities

At Yogi Hari’s Ashram, we offer traditional Hatha Yoga classes in the lineage of Sivananda for radiant health and peace of mind.  

Our classes are open to all levels of students, from beginner to advanced. Our experienced instructors offer modifications and variations to meet your needs, whether you are recovering from an injury or seeking to take your practice to the next level.

In-person, virtual, and private class options available.



      All Sampoorna Hatha Yoga classes consists of four main components to bring optimal benefits to the body and mind:

      Breathing exercises
      Warming-up exercises
      Sequence of asanas
      Deep relaxation

      With regular practice of yoga, you will develop increased strength and flexibility and progressively work towards more advanced postures. Further benefits include increased energy, focus, emotional balance, and an overall sense of well-being.

      In-Person

      Mon, Wed, Fri: 9am, 90 minutes
      Saturdays - 8:30am, 90 minutes
        Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to ensure you have time to settle in and feel comfortable. Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours.

        We ask that you refrain from wearing perfumes, oils, or scented deodorant in class so as not to disturb others.

        Enjoy Sampoorna Hatha Yoga from the comfort of your home! Classes held using Zoom. Please position your yoga mat in front of the camera so your whole body is visible.
