We invite you to attend a special series of workshops at Yogi Hari’s Ashram in the year ahead.
We will be offering weekend-long Yoga retreats for you to Refresh, Recharge, and Recommit to living in accordance with spiritual values.
Each Workshop has a different focus, so you can select what interests you most.

Guided by Ayurvedic Doctor - Ashley Franco, we follow the sacred Yogic and Ayurvedic principles for a holistic approach to a mind, body and spirit cleanse. With daily yoga, breathwork, meditation, chanting and yogic philosophy, eating freshly cooked sattvic vegetarian meals, drinking organic herbal detox teas and cleansing herbs, enjoy two Abhyanga massages with warm organic herbal oils with nasya and marma therapy, fresh coconut water and the tropical relaxing oasis of the ashram.

Spend the day practicing yoga, enjoying a nourishing vegetarian meal, and experiencing Satsang with Shri Yogi Hari.
ॐ Hatha Yoga Class 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Begin the day with a Hatha Yoga class designed to bring balance and harmony to the body and mind.
All levels are welcome.
ॐ Vegetarian Brunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
After class, enjoy a fresh vegetarian brunch prepared with wholesome ingredients, including vegetables and tropical fruits grown right here at the ashram.
ॐSatsang with Shri Yogi Hari 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Complete the day with Satsang led by Shri Yogi Hari. Experience the teachings of Sampoorna Yoga through spiritual wisdom, meditation, chanting, and devotional music.Chanting helps bring awareness to the breath, voice, and mind while creating a peaceful and uplifting atmosphere.

Students begin their day in the stillness of early dawn with meditation and Light worship, cultivating inner awareness and devotion. Guided sessions combine theory and practice of Babaji’s Immortality Techniques, supported by presentations and handouts to deepen understanding.
